Help with Cohlta
Cohlta is made by Contrivance Inc. in New York. If something isn't working, or you have a question, we'd rather hear it than not.
Contact
Email [email protected]. Include the device you're on and, if it's a bug, roughly what you were doing when it happened. We read everything and reply from the same address.
Your account and your data
- Delete your account. You can delete your account from Settings inside the app (steps at cohlta.app/delete-account). If you can't get into the app, email us from the address on the account and we'll delete it within 30 days, along with your videos, messages and profile.
- Download your data. Email us and we'll send you a copy of what we hold: your profile, your posts, and your messages.
- Remove a video. Delete it from your profile in the app. It comes off the map and out of Ask's answers.
Reporting content
Every video and every profile has a report option in the app. Reports go to a person. If it's urgent, email us with a link and we'll look at it first.
Versions
Cohlta is on the App Store for iPhone. The Android app is still in testing and is coming soon. If something breaks for you, tell us which version and build number you are on. Both are in Settings.
Privacy
What we collect and why is at cohlta.app/privacy. The rules for what can be posted are the community guidelines, and the agreement between us is the terms of service.
